You confirm that you have reached the legal age and are not a person who is prohibited from using the services in accordance with the law of Israel or other applicable jurisdictions. To download or access the application, or otherwise use the services, you must be over 18 years of age. In the event that you agree to these Terms on behalf of a third-party person, you warrant that you have sufficient rights to represent a third party, in which case all references to “you” under these conditions apply to the person being represented.
You automatically agree with these terms by downloading or using the application, or the Call4life web service.
In the event of a conflict between the provisions of these Terms and information included in any other materials (for example, promotional materials and mailers), these conditions will always have priority. In the event that you have concluded an agreement with individual services regulating the access and use of our application and services (the “Service Agreement”), in the event of any inconsistencies, the agreement on the provision of services will be governed by these Terms.
Call4life and Sirius are not engaged in the provision of medical services and are not required to have a license for medical activities. Companies develop software and engage patients to connect with partners and doctors.
1.1 Description. Call4life is a set of services that provide the opportunity to receive medical advice from highly qualified specialists.
Some components of the Services may be provided by e-mail, SMS, and / or by any other available means, and you explicitly permit Call4life to contact you using the available methods. Call4life is in no way responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties, or for any losses, cancellations, alterations.
1.2 Provision of services. In order to get the full range of services, you will need to register on the platform using mobile or web applications. The fact of registration in Call4life means access to services, as well as acceptance of our terms of service.
1.3 Availability. Call4life uses maximum efforts to ensure that the service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 1.6 Specialty of services provision . The “Second Opinion” service is provided after passing the particular “Electronic Doctor” and passing tests that will be assigned. In case of need to clarify the diagnosis or insufficiency of data for diagnosis, the doctor has the right to require additional tests.
In case of refusal to pass the tests prescribed by the doctor, and from the passage of the thematic “Electronic Doctor”, the company has the right to refuse to provide services to the client.
2. Prices and payment
The cost of services is posted on the site and the application Call4life. Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice. You agree to pay Call4life in advance for the respective cost of the service provided by Call4life in accordance with these Terms. You will provide Call4life with accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, legal name, address, telephone number, as well as credit card or debit card payment information. If such information is false or fraudulent, Call4life reserves the right to terminate your use of the Services and your access to the application in addition to seeking any other remedy. Call4life is not responsible for any costs (for example, account overdraft, excess of credit card limits, etc.) as a result of charges issued by Call4life. If you are not satisfied with Call4life services, you can return the cost spent on the service. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must send us a request, accompanied by a reasoned justification for a refund, within the first 24 hours from the date of purchase. Your request will be reviewed by our customer support within 14 days. To complete the refund, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your application will be received and verified, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of a refund. If more than 24 hours passed since your purchase, then, unfortunately, your request for refund will be denied.
3.1 Not received refunds. If your application was approved, but you have not received your refund, you must verify your bank account again. Contact your bank and ask for further information. 4. Suspension and termination of access
Call4life reserves the right to suspend or to terminate the access to use of the application and services at any time without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to (a) violations of these Terms or any other Call4life policy, or (b) The ability to harm other users of the application or Services, or the Call4life business, as well as third parties. In addition, you agree that Call4life shall not be liable to you or any third party for terminating your access to the application or services. Call4life makes no warranty that the application or services will work with continuous, safe and without errors that the application or our servers do not contain viruses or other harmful components that the application, including services, will be available or that the data is protected from the unauhtorised acess. Call4life makes no warranties related to the software, products, services, promotions, or warranties of anygoods or services purchased, available or obtained by the application or advertised through the application. No advice or information provided by Call4life, the employees of the company do not give warranties.
7. Rules of conduct
7.1 Content distribution. You agree that you will access and use the application and the Services only in accordance with applicable local, state, federal regulations, as well as international law and all regulations, policies and procedures among local businesses. You also agree that you will not use the application or Services to distribute any material that: (a) is libelous, offensive, threatening, or violates the privacy rights of another person; are intolerant, hateful, or racially or otherwise offensive; violent, vulgar, obscene, pornographic or otherwise sexually explicit; harm or may cause harm to any person or legal entities; (b) are illegal or encourage or promote illegal activities or discussions of illegal activities with a view to its commission, including child pornography, harassment, sexual violence, fraud, trafficking in indecent or stolen material, drug trafficking and / or drug abuse, theft, or conspiracy to commit any criminal activity; (c) violate any third party rights, including any copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary or contractual rights, the right to privacy (in particular, you must not distribute personal information of another person of any kind without his permission) or advertising, or any obligation of confidentiality; (d) are commercial, business-related or advertise offers for the sale of any goods, services or other (not for profit), or incite others (including applications for contributions or donations); (e) contain viruses or other harmful components that hamper or damage and disrupt the application; (e) generally do not refer to the designated subject or topic of the application; (g) violate any specific restrictions applicable to the public forum, including its age limits and procedures; or are antisocial, destructive, including “spam,” “flood,” “trolling.”

8. Ownership and privacy protection of other users’ content in the application
Call4life hereby informs you that all the information, content, image files, software and application materials can be protected in accordance with an international copyright and other intellectual property laws and other applicable laws, including privacy laws. Call4life is unable to grant you permission to copy or distribute materials for which you have no copyright or other intellectual property rights. You may not copy or distribute such materials without the written consent of the owner, and you are solely responsible for any copyright infringement or other infringement of intellectual property laws that you may incur as a result of your activities in the application. Call4life has the absolute right to terminate your account or terminate your use of the services if such use violates intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties. You agree to indemnify and completely secure Call4life before any violation of this provision.
9. Exemption from liability; limitation of liability
9.1 You acknowledge that ACCESS OR USE OF AN APPLICATION OR SERVICE MEANS THAT YOU are fully responsible for all costs associated with all necessary maintenance or repair of any equipment that you use in connection with the use of the APPLICATION OR SERVICES. You agree WHAT EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Call4life SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, images, data or other intangible assets, EVEN IF Call4life BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES, by any changes to the application or service or from unauthorized access. YOU AGREE THAT disable computer viruses are the risks inherent in the use of Internet and software, and you agree to be liable for any damages of any kind, which is possible as a result of damage. YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE that personal and confidential information about you could be released in the use of applications and services, and you agree to LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE ARISING OUT OF SUCH INFORMATION DISSEMINATION.
9.2 1.1. IF YOU are not satisfied with the application or service, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OR THINK Call4life breach these conditions, the only thing possible for you to the decision will be cessation of use of applications and services. Call4life TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR USE OF THE APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES shall not exceed AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES, if any.
10. Conditions for mobile applications
10.1 Acceptance. Call4life and you acknowledge that this Agreement is between Call4life and only you, and not Apple, Inc., Or the Google, Inc. Call4life, instead of Apple, Inc., Or the Google, Inc. is solely responsible for the use of their content.
10.2 Maintenance and Support. Call4life is solely responsible for the organization of all maintenance applications, as specified in this Agreement, or in accordance with the requirements of applicable law. Call4life and you acknowledge that Apple, Inc., or the Google, Inc. has no obligation to provide any maintenance and support services with related to the application.
10.3 Warranty. Call4life is solely responsible for any product warranties with respect to the application, implied by law. In the event of any failure of the operation of mobile applications to meet any applicable warranty, you can inform the company Apple, Inc. or Google, Inc. if applicable, and Apple, Inc., or Google, Inc. may refund the purchase price for the mobile application for you; to the greatest possible extent permitted by applicable law, neither Apple, Inc., or Google, Inc. will not have no other warranty obligation with respect to the application, as well as any other claims, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of Call4life.
10.4 The claims for the product. Call4life and you acknowledge that Call4life, instead of Apple, Inc. or the Google, Inc., is responsible for dealing with any claims by you or any third party, including, but not limited to: (a) claims for the product; (b) any claim of non-compliance of any applicable law or regulatory requirements; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. This Agreement does not limit Call4life liability to you in excess of that permitted under applicable law.
10.5 Intellectual Property Rights. Call4life and you agree that in the event of any third-party claims that the application or your use of the application infringe, the intellectual property rights of a third party, Call4life, rather than Apple, Inc., Or the Google, Inc., Will carry full responsibility for the investigation, defense, settlement of any such infringement of intellectual property.
11. General provisions
11.1 Changes in the conditions. Call4life may change these terms at any time. The changes take effect immediately after your first access or use the application or services since the date stated at the top of these Terms. Continued access to or use of the application, or the Services after the amendments will be considered as your final adoption of the amended Rules. If you do not agree with the changes, you should not access or use the application, or Call4life services.
11.2 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the legislation of the State of Israel without any conflicts of laws that may require the application of the law of another jurisdiction. 11.3 Resale of Service. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.
11.4 Independent Contractors. No joint venture, partnership, employment relationship exists between you and Call4life as a result of these conditions or use of the application, or the Services.
11.5 Enforcement. If any legal action will be filed to enforce these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party will be entitled to the reimbursement of costs.
11.6 Force Majeure. Call4life will not be responsible for failure to comply or delay in performing its obligations hereunder due to strikes, riots, insurrection, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental action, labor conditions, earthquakes, or any other a reason which is beyond the reasonable control Call4life.
11.7 Waiver. Call4life inability to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed with Call4life in writing.
11.8 The use of headers. The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and should not be used in the interpretation.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, and you Call4life agree that the court should carry out the intentions of the parties, while the other provisions of these Terms shall survive.
